Vero signs with AC Milan

Spanish National Team veteran Verónica Boquete (Vero) has joined Italy's Serie A (top division) side - AC Milan

Vero comes from the United States where she spent two seasons with Utah Royals FC in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) to embark in Italy where she will play for the first time in her career. The wizard playmaker brings with her a huge international experience earned in her stints in China, France, Germany, Sweden, Russia, the United States, and Spain top level championships.

She won multiple trophies in the US, Spain, Sweden and Germany capped by the historic UEFA Women’s Champions League crown with 1.FFC Frankfurt in 2014/15 season.

Vero captained the Spain national team at the UEFA Women’s Euros in Sweden in 2013 as well as at their first ever FIFA Women’s World Cup appearance in 2015 in Canada. She scored 38 goals in 62 appearances for Spain so far.

One of the greatest female players of all time, Vero will join three other players represented by LTA Agency in the historic red and black Milano outfit – the South African midfielder Refiloe Jane, Italian striker Deborah Salvatori Rinaldi and her compatriot goalkeeper Alessia Piazza.
