Ştefania Vătafu claimed second place with Anderlecht in the 2025-26 Super League season
Romanian midfielder Ştefania played a key role in helping the club finish second in the 2025–2026 Belgian Super League table with Anderlecht after dominating the Belgian championship since the 2017/18 season (seven consecutive titles). Anderlecht’s second place earned them a spot in the UEFA Europa Cup.
Ştefania joined the club in 2018 and has featured in all the UEFA Women’s Champions League matches played with the club and the inaugural UEFA Women’s Europa Cup.
The Cup title is the only trophy that the club can hope to win again this season.Anderlecht will face Waregem in the final of the Belgian Cup on Saturday.
