LTA into UWCL last eight

Twelve players represented by LTA Agency are involved in the 2020/21 UEFA Women's Champions League as the new European season kicks off with the First Qualifying Round today 3 November

Cameroonians Ajara Njoya and Aboudi Onguene, as well the Romanian Ştefania Vătafu are the players who will start the prestigious tournament in the first qualifying round with their respective clubs on Wednesday, 4 November.

Aboudi Onguene’s CSKA Moskva and Ajara’s Vålerenga Oslo are clubs that will experience their first ever participation in the UEFA Women’s Champions League. CSKA host Estonian Champions – Flora Tallinn, while the Norwegians face Ki Klaksvik from Faroe Islands.

Anderlecht of Ştefania Vătafu overcame this year’s opponents Linfield from Northern Ireland 3-1 in Brussels in last season’s qualifying round.

In the main round billed for December 2020, the rest of the players represented by LTA will enter the competition.
