Ştefania Vătafu signs new contract with LTA
The 24-old Romanian international midfielder, Ştefania Vătafu has inked a new contract with LTA Agency.
The elegant playmaker of the Belgian powerhouse RSC Anderlecht is 2019 Belgian Women’s Super League champion. She joined the Brussels team in July 2018 from Spain’s Liga Iberdrola outfit UDG Tenerife.
Prior to leaving her native Romania, Ştefania won numerous domestic titles with Olimia Cluj and CFF Clujana, and featured regularly in the UEFA Women’s Champions League with both clubs.
She won Romanian Super League 9 times and Romanian Cup 6 times. Key player for the Romanian National Team, Ştefania has been named best player in her country three times until now.
