Shilwatso nets hat-trick in debut with Kryvbas
Cynthia Shilwatso scored a hat-trick and provided assists on her full Ukrainian league debut for FC Kryvbas.
The 23-year-old Kenyan striker started her career at FC Krivbas in the best possible way. She scored three goals yesterday to help her team demolish EMS-Podillia 13-0 in her league debut. The heroine also provided two assists during that league match day 20, played away. FC Kryvbas earned second place in the league and they have guaranteed their participation in the Champions League for the next season. They still have two games to play before the end of the 2022-2023 season.
Coming from a Tanzanian top-flight club Fountain Gate Princess, where she was the league’s highest goal scorer before her move to FC Krivbas, Shilwatso who joined her new club only last week after her contract was signed last March brings with her dynamism and experience. She has also spent time in Spain with EDF Logroño where she played in the country’s top flight before their relegation two seasons ago.
