Banda Ballon d’Or nominee

Zambia captain and Orlando Pride striker, Barbra Banda has been nominated for the 2024 Women’s Ballon d’Or award

Banda has made history as the first Zambian player nominated for the FIFA Women’s Ballon d’Or award.

She is the first African player represented by LTA Agency in the history to be nominated for this prestigious award.

The Copper Queens captain is coming off incredible years for both clubs and the national team as one of the most prolific goalscorers in the game.

Since joining the Orlando Pride in March, Banda already counts 12 goals in 14 National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) games. She is currently second-best in the NWSL goalscoring record. She was the first player in NWSL history to score 10 goals in 10 matches. Her performance has helped Orlando Pride maintain their undefeated run through the first 18 NWSL matches, a record for Orlando. 

The 24-year-old star has marked her second consecutive participation in the recent 2024 Olympics with four goals scored and an assist, including a hat trick against Australia. With this treble, Banda became the first woman player to score three hat tricks at the Olympic games. Her career Olympic goal total currently sits at 10 all-time, tied for fourth in career Olympic goal-scoring history.

Before her current club, Banda played with Shanghai Shengli with that, she netted 16 goals and five assists in 2023. In total, Banda scored 41 career goals across 52 career games in Shanghai. 

The winner of the award will be unveiled on Monday, October 28 during the awards gala at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris.

Banda is the fourth player that we are representing to be nominated for the Ballon d’Or award after Veronica Boquete, Irene Paredes, and Caroline Seger (represented before).

LTA Agency are pleased to announce signing a representation agreement with Ghana’s young international Jennifer Owusuaa

Jennifer, 20, is the Ampem Darkoa shining star who got nominated as one of the 2023 CAF Women’s Champions League best forwards. She was featured in the tournament’s Best Xl as the club earned fourth place.

She was crowned champions of the women’s football tournament at the 13th African Games with the Ghana U20 in March 2024.

Ampem Darkoa vice captain will play in the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup, which will be held in Colombia from August 31 to September 22, 2024.

Ngole joins LTA 

LTA Agency are delighted to announce the signing of a representation agreement with the young Cameroon goalkeeper Chelsea Ngole

After being capped by the Cameroon national team under 17 and 23, the young international Ngole will represent her country in the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup, which will be held in Colombia from August 31 to September 22, 2024

Born in Cameroon in 2007, Ngole, who currently plays with Authentic FC in the Cameroon Super League, started playing football at a very young age. Before Authentic FC, she played with AS Awa FC. 

Ngole was named the league’s youngest goalkeeper in 2023 and featured in the Cameroon Super League’s best team of the season.

We are happy to welcome such a promising young player as Ngole and look forward to helping her continue her development.

Aby avait rejoint le club en octobre dernier en provenance de Deportivo Alavés en première division d’Espagne. Elle a décidé de continuer sa carrière en Arabie Saoudite et fera partie de Al Qadsiah, club de première division pour les deux saisons à venir.

Le club a occupé la quatrième place du championnat la saison dernière.

L’attaquante internationale camerounaise est désormais liée avec le club de première division jusqu’en 2026.

Arrivée en Janvier dernier à Al Qadsiah en provenance de l’Inter Milan, Ajara a décidé de continuer l’aventure en Arabie Saoudite.

Aisha Masaka won the Best Female Tanzanian Player Abroad prize at the 2024 Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) Awards ceremony

The Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) Awards for the 2023/2024 season took place on August 1st at the Super Dome in Masaki in Dar es Salaam, with various football stakeholders in attendance. This grand annual event was a celebration of outstanding achievements for players during the 2023/2024.

Two Tanzanian young players represented by LTA Agency were among the final three nominees in the category of the Best Female Tanzanian Player Award for those playing outside Tanzania’s borders: Clara Luvanga (forward, Alnassr FC) and Aisha Masaka (forward, BK Hacken / Brighton & Hove Albion next season).

Jentrix Shikangwa (Kenya midfielder, Simba Queens) also represented by LTA Agency, was named to the Team of the 2023/24 Season.

La défenseure ivoirienne Kpaho Zote Nina a rejoint Beylerbeyi club de première division turque

L’aventure turque de l’internationale ivoirienne Nina Kpaho continue. Recrutée par Fenerbahçe SK en novembre 2021 en provenance de Juventus de Yopougon (Côte d’ivoire), la défenseure ivoirienne poursuit son aventure avec Beylerbeyi.

Nina Kpaho a signé pour une saison avec Beylerbeyi qui a terminé la saison 2023-24 classé à la 5ème position du championnat (sur 16 équipes).

Depuis ses débuts en Super Lig turque sous les couleurs de Fenerbahçe SK, elle a inscrit quatre buts en 62 matchs, aidant le club à atteindre la deuxième place du championnat la saison  2022/23 et la troisième place la saison passée.

La milieu de terrain et internationale malienne, Aissata Traoré a signé un contrat avec FC Fleury 91 jusqu’en 2025

Après avoir passé cinq saisons avec l’En Avant Guingamp après son départ de Turquie, la milieu de terrain international décide de continuer en première division française avec Fleury 91 et signe pour la saison prochaine.

Aïssata a disputé 84 rencontres et inscrit 8 buts depuis son arrivée à EA Guingamp en 2019. En Turquie avec Beşiktaş JK, elle a aidé le club à remporter son tout premier titre de championnat.

Au niveau internationale elle a représenté les Aigles Dames du Mali à plusieurs phases finales de Coupe d’Afrique des Nations.

Fleury 91 a fini 5è de la D1 Arkema la saison dernière.

Ghana youth international forward Tracey Twum has signed her first professional contract with Shanghai Shengli in the Chinese Women’s Super League

Tracey, 20, signs her first deal abroad with Shanghai Shengli from Ampem Darkoa in the Ghana Women’s Premier League.

The outstanding player contributed to Ampem Darkoa’s 2023 season success story, which saw them win the league, FA Cup, and the WAFU Zone Champions League qualifying title. They reached the CAF Women’s Champions League semi-finals.

She will now continue her progression with her new team for a new chapter of her career.

LTA Agency are delighted to announce that 20-year-old Ghanaian striker Tracey Twum has inked a representation agreement with our agency

Ghana and former Ampem Darkoa player, Tracey Twum has represented the under-17 Ghana national team and will play in the in the next FIFA U20 Women’s ’s World Cup which will kick off in Colombia next month.

With her exceptional skills and prowess, she has been a key figure at the heart of the attack for Ampem Darkoa during her period with them and particularly the 2022/23 campaign.

She won the 2022/23 Ghana Women’s Premier League and the FA Cup titles, helped Darkoa clinch the WAFU Zone Champions League qualifier trophy, and secured a spot in the CAF Women’s Champions League, where they reach the semis.

In addition, she won the league and FA Cup in the 2021–2022 season. She also finished second in the 2021–2022 Super Cup and second in the 2020–2021 league and FA Cup. She won the 13th African Games champion in 2024.

Tracey has been named a nominee for the 2023 Interclub Player of the Year at the CAF Awards.
