Mahira Ali, Violeth Nicholaus, Ami Diallo, and Aicha Samake are our players to watch during the CAF Women’s Champions League Egypt 2025

Four of the LTA players are participating in the CAF Women’s Champions League with their clubs.

Mahira Ali and Violeth Nicholaus with Masar FC (Egypt), second participation

Ami Diallo with Assec Mimosa (Cote d’Ivoire), first participation

Aicha Samake with USFAS (Mali), first participation

The CAF Women’s Champions League Egypt 2025 will see eight of the top clubs on the African continent compete for the coveted title, including defending champions TP Mazembe from DR Congo.

Group A contains AS FAR Rabat from Morocco, FC 15 de Agosto de Akonibe from Equatorial Guinea, Masar FC from Egypt, and USFAS Bamako from Mali.

Group B contains TP Mazembe from DR Congo, ASEC Mimosas from Cote d’Ivoire, Botswana’s debutantes Gaborone United, and JKT Queens from Tanzania.

The kick-off of the highly anticipated Competition is on Saturday, 08 November 2025.

USFAS Bamako of Aicha Samake will face 15 de Agosto at the competition opener at 13h00 GMT

The second match will be a clash between the home side FC Masar of Mahira Ali and Violeth and AS FAR at 16h00 GMT.

Sunday, 9 November, Asec Mimosas of Ami Diallo will play their debut against TP Mazembe.
