The polyvalent defender’s career was distinguished by numerous titles and personal distinctions: two Denmark Elitedivisionen gold medals (2007, 2008), two Danish Women’s Cups (2007, 2020), three Swedish Damallsvenskan gold medals (2012, 2014, 2015), one Swedish Super Cup (2015), a remarkable treble in France with Lyon in 2015/16 season winning the League, the Cup, and the UEFA Women’s Champions League, 2 Spanish Cups (Copa de la Reina) in 2017 and 2018, and finally 1 cup title in the Netherlands in the 2018/19 season. In 2010, she was named Danish Football Player of the Year.

After making her international debut as an 18-year-old, Line holds the record of 132 caps for Denmark Women’s National football team. She notably helped them to a second place and silver medals at the 2017 UEFA Women’s Euro staged in the Netherlands.
