Ajara wins cup

Nchout Njoya Ajara scored in the extra time to help Vålerenga defeat LSK Kvinner 2-0 to lift their maiden Norway Cup and to complete the 'double'
Vålerenga who won the domestic championship last weekend completed an unprecedented double this season. The indomitable lioness was a key player in the historic achievement for the Oslo outfit.
After 90 minutes of a scoreless game, Ajara broke the deadlock in the 102nd minute. Her team ended up beating the defending title-holders LSK Kvinner 2-0 to secure their first-ever Norwegian Cup trophy (NM).
It has been a remarkably successful season for the Cameroon top striker who earned not only 2 gold medals but also an individual trophy. Ajara grabbed the 2020 Toppserien Golden Boot Award with 10 goals. She scored 14 goals in all competitions this season for Vålerenga.
