Augustine Ejangue was appointed team manager of the Cameroon women’s national team
Former player of the women’s national team, Augustine Ejangue, was named team manager of the Indomitable Lionesses by the Cameroonian Football Federation (FECAFOOT) president, Samuel Eto’o.
Ejangue is a veteran defender who competed internationally for the Cameroon women’s national team, where she served as co-captain.
She has represented Cameroon at the 2012 Summer Olympics and the 2015 World Cup. She also participated in three African Cups of Nations, reaching the final twice in 2014 and 2016, and finishing in third place in 2018.
Currently playing for FC Kryvbas in Ukraine’s first division, Ejangue has played in Russia, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, and eventually in Cameroon.
For this new challenge, Augustine Ejangue Siliki brings her experience, determination, and leadership to the management of the national team.
