Signe rewarded in Denmark

09 Jan 2018

The 19 years-old Danish striker, Signe Bruun has been named Denmark's Female Talent of 2017

Signe, who plays for Fortuna Hjørring in 3F Liga (Danish top league) has marked the year not only with her admirable playing style and her impressive goals scored, but also with a remarkable title. She is crowned Female Young Player of the Year in Denmark voted by Player’s Association.

Signe scored her first senior national team goal only two minutes into her debut after she entered play as a substitute during stoppage time of the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifier against Croatia.
She has scored Fortuna’s only goal in the UEFA Women’s Champions League campaign against Fiorentina, and she is currently 2017/18 season’s top scorer with 14 goals in 13 games for her club who rests at the top of the table so far.

Fortuna Hjørring still have 11 matches remaining before the end of the season, and we hope the lethal striker will continue her great performances.

Prior to senior team debut, Signe played 41 games scoring 28 times for different age Denmark Youth National Teams.

LTA Agency congratulate Signe on her hard work and this achievement and wish her many more titles for the future.
