Two LTA players target the Danish Cup
Romania goalkeeper Andreea Paraluta of Fortuna Hjørring and Egyptian striker Laila El Behery of Nordsjaelland qualified for the 2023/25 Danish Cup on Thursday
Fortuna Hjørring and FC Nordsjaelland will play the Danish Cup final on the 17 May at Lyngby Stadium.
Fortuna Hjørring of Andreea Paraluta won 2-1 against FC København in the semi-final. Last season, their cup race ended in the quarterfinal, and in 2022, they won the title.
Fortuna Hjørring is first in the league table, while FC Nordsjaelland is in the second position.
FC Nordsjaelland are heading to their third consecutive final. Laila El Behery played the full semi-final to help her side secure a 2-1 victory over Brøndby IF. They won the title in the last two seasons.
