Laura Rus, Estelle Gnaly, and Lilian Awuor have won the 2024/25 Romania Super League for the second consecutive season with Farul Constanța

Farul finished the 2024-2025 Super League season in style after a resounding 10-1 victory over Universitatea Cluj in their last league match.

This year, LTA players once again made their mark on the Romania championship, contributing significantly to their club’s championship victories. They allowed Farul to keep the title by making an entire Super League season without a single defeat.

Kenyan goalkeeper Lilian Awuor Onyango played a crucial role in solidifying Farul’s backline, contributing to an impressive ten clean sheets in her 19 league appearances during the season.
Romanian striker Laura Rus netted 11 goals in 22 league appearances while the Ivorian striker Estelle Gnaly played six games and scored two goals.

The players have now added a second Romanian trophy to their achievement and will play another UEFA Women’s Champions League.
