Logroño into Copa de la Reina final
EDF Logroño made history as they reached the 2019/20 Copa de la Reina final with the help of players represented by LTA
Jade Boho, Olga García, Grace Asantewaa, Ida Guehai, and Elloh Rebecca are the players represented by our agency who have proved to be important actors in the club’s historic first qualification to the Spanish Cup final. EDF Logroño defeated the Athletic Club of Bilbao 3-1 after a penalties shoot-out following 120 minutes of the scoreless game.
Olga played the full encounter and scored the decisive penalty that gave her team their first-ever access to a Copa de la Reina Final. Jade who replaced Asantewaa at the 60th minute also scored a penalty. Before being taken off, Grace managed to score a goal in a good action down the left, which unfortunately was disallowed for offside. Elloh came in at the 101st minute to substitute her compatriot Guehai. All the players were very active, and we need to also mention Cynthia Shilwatso and Nothando Vilakazi, two other players represented by LTA in the Logroño squad, who missed the match because of slight niggles.
EDF Logroño’s rival in the grand final will be known after today’s duel between FC Barcelona and Sevilla FC.
