Michelle Colson made her first international appearance with Belgium women's national team
Anderlecht’s defender Michelle Colson made her senior debut for Belgium during Sunday evening’s 2-1 victory over Korea Republic in the Arnold Clark Cup.
The 24-year-old was named among the starting eleven against Korea Republic for Belgium’s second Arnold Clark Cup match. Colson played the first 62 minutes in defense helping the team to defeat Korea Republic (2-0). The Red Flames will face England (host) in Bristol tomorrow for the Final.
Colson, who plays for Anderlecht in the National Women’s League, is now in her fourth Women’s Super League season.
The Arnold Clark Cup is an invitational women’s association football tournament hosted by the Football Association in England, starting in 2022.
