Banda top scorer in China
Zambia international striker Barbra Banda is China Taiping CFA Women's Super League best goal scorer with her Shanghai Shengli side that ended third of the championship
Banda, 20, shone brilliantly in her maiden season in China with her 18 impressive goals netted that earned her the title of the best goal scorer this 2020 season.
In only 13 appearances for Shanghai Shengli, Barbra has managed three hat tricks, several braces, and a penalty. With her goals record, the Zambian has thus helped her side to secure a bronze medal this shortened season. She scored nine more goals than the second goalscorer this season in Chinese Women’s Super League.
She joined the Chinese top flight earlier this year from EDF Logroño in Spain and has made her start in the Chinese League in the most memorable of fashions, scoring a brace during her debut against Zhejiang Hangzhou.
