In what will be remembered as a historic inaugural final, Häcken triumphed over Hammarby IF with a 4-2 aggregate victory, sealing their place as the first-ever champions of the competition.
The final delivered high intensity, drama, and world-class football, with Häcken showing resilience, quality, and championship mentality on the biggest stage.
Aivi featured in seven of BK Häcken’s ten competition games, including both legs of the final. The Australian veteran midfielder became the oldest player to feature in (and win) a UEFA women’s club final aged 41 years.
