LTA players win 2026 FIFA Series

Ivory Coast wins 2026 FIFA Series with Ami Diallo and Ange N'Guessan, while Kenyans Lilian Awuor and Tereza Engesha, as well as RD Congo's Flavine Mawete, secured second place in their team series
Six players represented by LTA Agency featured in the inaugural edition of the women’s national football teams FIFA Series.

The 2026 edition featured four different four-team series taking place across four host countries during the FIFA window of 9–18 April.
Ivory Coast hosted Mauritania, Pakistan and the Turks and Caicos. They defeated Pakistan to lift the women’s FIFA Series trophy with three wins out of three. Ami Diallo scored a goal against Pakistan, which was her fifth goal of the tournament after scoring four against Turks and Caicos. She is the tournament’s second-leading goal scorer. Ange N’Guessan also scored two goals against Turks and Caicos.
Kenya hosted Australia, India and Malawi. Striker Tereza Engesha and goalkeeper Lilian Awuor participated in every game; Tereza scored one goal against India, but Kenya lost to Australia in the final.
Flavine Mawete’s RD Congo was grouped with Thailand (host), Indonesia and New Caledonia.
Striker Flavine finished the tournament with two goals scored against Indonesia in the semifinals, while RD Congo finished second after losing to Thailand in the final.
Barbra Banda’s Tanzania was in the same team series as Brazil (host), Canada and South Korea. The Copper Queens’ FIFA series campaign ends with two losses and one draw. Barbra Banda scored two goals in the competition.
The 2026 FIFA Women’s Series is an invitational tournament promoted by FIFA that features friendly matches between teams from different continental confederations.
