Irene reaches EURO quarters
Irene Paredes and Spain are through the quarter-finals of the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025
Spain completed their group stage with a 3-1 victory over Italy in Bern. It was a win that has ensured them the top spot in Group B which included Italy, Belgium, and Portugal. They won all of their group stage games to get to the quarterfinals. Irene played against Italy (3-1) and scored a goal as they defeated Belgium (6-2).
Spain will face the hosts Switzerland in Bern on Friday in the quarterfinal match.
Irene has a strong experience at this level of competition, having reached the quarterfinals with Spain in the last three editions.
