In the final Chelsea faced Notts County in front of over 30,000 supporters at Wembley Stadium. Chelsea won scoring the only goal in 37th minute. The Blues were dominant the whole match: after scoring the first goal they had several chances to increase their lead, but at the end the one goal was enough.

Sweden’s number 1, Hedvig joined Chelsea earlier this year and quickly became the first choice and a reliable presence in goal. She has kept 6 clean sheets in 11 matches she has played so far, and has been a key part of Chelsea’s first ever trophy win on the women’s side.
